Who we are

The founder of IT Support Glasgow Ltd is Bob Shaw. He was an early user of personal computers, and has over twenty years experience of offering IT support and training both within business environments and for individual users. He has a formal training background and has a strong interest in systems analysis and design.

We have a variety of staff with varying skills and histories, ranging from highly diplomatic customer-centred field support through to the sort of programmers who would have such a lack of diplomacy as to fit in perfectly in Silicon Valley if only we could persuade them to move there!
