What we offer We will work with you in three ways: Emergency Support Pre-Emptive Maintenance Support Packages Emergency Support services are best suited to 'one-off' problems where you don't anticipate a regular requirement for our skills. We charge more for such work on an individual call-out basis, but if you need us rarely then it can be good value for you. Pre-Emptive Maintenance includes regular housekeeping for your equipment and systems to an agreed level. This form of support fits in well with PAT Testing and can even be extended to equipment cleaning. It is not a reactive service, but must instead be scheduled in advance. Support Packages suit clients who feel they will regularly require our services. Individual terms will be arranged with you which will suit your style of work and the needs of your business. We can offer a variety of Service Levels and at a variety of prices, and for the regular user these will offer best value.
